There is so much to love about the Rep. Jackson story—starting with the hysterical fact that he was re-elected without a serious challenge. Is anyone so corrupt that Democrats won’t re-elect him?
There is something particularly unpleasant about a guy who “discovers” he’s bipolar—a real disease the hurts real people—at the same time he discovers he’s soon to be under indictment for stealing campaign donations and using them on booze and home furniture.
However, I have to say my opinion of Rep. Jackson ticked up a bit when I found out he was blowing his stolen buckage at a DC cigar bar and this hostess:
