So said the author of the “Byrd Rule,” Senator (and former Klansman) Robert Byrd (D-WV). Ah, but that was in 2001, when a Republican was president.
Today, Barack is president and Byrd says it’s A-OK.
Of course it is. It’s called “politics.”
