The same week that a killer member of a certain unnamed religion slaughters 13 people at Ft. Hood, TX:
- The super-genius liberals of Amherst, MA voted to welcome Gitmo grads to Massachusetts. About 20 percent of those “grads” return to the War on Terror (on the wrong side.)
- Sudbury terror wannabe (and member of the Religion That Dare Not Speak Its Name) Tarek Mehanna was indicted on even more terrorist charges than originally thought.
- And voters in the Democratic primary for US Senate are choosing among four candidates who oppose the death penalty for the Ft. Hood killer. This is relevant because there is a federal death penalty and it’s possible that Hasan could be charged with a federal capital crime. Capuano and Coakley have been debating which one is MOST against the death penalty, so each one would be a solid vote to repeal the death penalty for Hasan.

"The truth is something [Warren] probably prefers not to confront. Harvard doesn’t come calling just because you’re a smart lawyer and a terrific teacher — not with Warren’s modest, Oklahoma upbringing and non-Ivy League education. She is not your typical Harvard professor. At a certain point, when the law school was under pressure to promote diversity, she represented a three-fer: a great lawyer with a national profile, a woman, and a minority, at least by virtue of family lore.
